Detailed itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi - Pu Luong (L, D)

7:00 – 7:30 Tour guide pick up at hotel in Hanoi old town by shuttle bus. There are 30 minute for shork break in Luong Son

11: 00 Discover local market and learning about daily life of of the Muong Ethnic Minority.

Visit local market of the Muong Ethnic Minority to learn about their daily life and customs; enjoy the beautiful scenery of Thung Khe Pass (One of the 10 most beautiful passes in Vietnam). The Pass is also known for its striking weather changes throughout the day, which the locals compare to a day of changing seasons.

12:45 Lunch will be served at local restaurant. After check in and relax.

Afternoon is for trekking.

A short walk to visit Black Thai Minorities following the small roads through the terrace rice fields and cross the stream. The lovely little bungalows, the local people dressed in unique outfits, they always smile and waving tourists . Simple life here is the highlight of this short trekking.

You have dinner at the lodge, enjoy some local rice wine with the family.

Day 2: Trek to Chieng Lau, Yen, Ba villages, Bamboo rafting on Cham Stream – Hanoi (B, L)

7:00 Wake up as early as you wish to witness the daily life of the locals before having breakfast

07:30 Have breakfast in the lodge.

9:00 Go on to explore the other interesting areas of Lu Luong. You trek Follow the small road through the paddy field and sugar cane fields, cross the Hanging Bridges to visit other remote rural villages of Thai Ethnic. Pay a visit to some of the neighbors, learn more about their life and society. Stop at the giant waterwheels, ducks farm to learn about the agriculture before getting on the Bamboo Raft for a relaxing cruise on Cham stream.

12:30 The bus pick up to go back to the lodge, check out and have lunch.

14:30 Come back to Hanoi city

19:30 The bus drop you off at your hotel in Hanoi old town. Tour ends.
