Cooking demonstration
Master the art of making spring rolls, a delicacy that is considered to be a national specialty of Vietnam. Our head chef will give a detailed introduction to what the necessary ingredients are, how to create it, and how it can be done at home for your friends and family. 2 days 1 night itinerary on Elite of the Seas
Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Lan Ha Bay
Morning
Pick-up at your hotel in the Old Quarter (Transfer by Expressway) from 8:15-8:45. Arrival at Tuan Chau marina and transfer to the cruise by speedboat.
Afternoon
Welcomed on board, freshen up with a welcome drink, and listen to the safety briefing from the captain. Check-in your room. You can have lunch in either the indoor or the outdoor eating room while taking in the breathtaking view of the bay. You will get the opportunity to see the chef prepare the meal right in front of you at your table. Take some time to relax till the cruise arrives at Ao Ech Area so you may go kayaking there. In addition, guests can lounge on the private balconies of their cabins, take a dip in the refreshing water, or simply rest. Returning to the boat, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a Sunset Party complete with a complimentary cocktail demonstration. Other than that, there is the option of unwinding in the seasonal pool, playing a round of mini golf, or working out in the fitness area.
Evening
Demonstration of how to make a dish that is considered to be Vietnamese traditional fare. In the opulent restaurant, you can savor a delicious barbecue dinner. After dinner, you have the option of participating in spa treatments, squid fishing, watching movies, or playing board games.
Day 2: Lan Ha Bay – Halong Bay – Hanoi
Morning
You should not miss the sunrise across the harbor or the Tai Chi session held on the top deck to improve your cardiovascular health. While the cruise is traveling to its next destination, guests can enjoy a local light breakfast at 7:00 in the morning. Visit the Dark-Bright Cave, where you may go kayaking or just sit on the sampan boat and take in the sights of the surrounding forested mountains and calm water.
Check out. Enjoy a Vietnamese buffet brunch at the Cirrus Cloud restaurant before disembarking at Tuan Chau marina at around 12:00.
Afternoon
Transfer to your hotel in Hanoi at approximately 15:00.

Day 2: Lan Ha Bay – Viet Hai Village on Catba Island.
Morning
People who get up early are welcome to participate in a Tai Chi session that is held on the sundeck. This helps to get your energy levels up for the new day. The restaurant serves a breakfast snack in the morning. After breakfast, have some time to rest and take in the breathtaking scenery of Lan Ha Bay while the boat continues to cruise farther and take you to further attractions. A Vietnamese breakfast buffet is available from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. Before you get on the speed boat to explore some unique areas that the main boat can't go through, make sure you pack a small bag for yourself.
Afternoon
Begin your journey on the island of Cat Ba at the Viet Hai Village. You can take in the breathtaking vistas of the rainforest by pedaling a bicycle or relaxing in an electric automobile. Get back on the speed boat and keep going until you reach a secluded beach where you can swim.
Primordial Evening
Returning to the cruises on the Elite of the Seas for the bedroom space. You will have time to freshen yourself, play some games, or relax your body with massage services when this opportunity presents itself.
Evening
There will be some changes made to the supper menu tonight. Indulge yourself with one of the many cocktails from the extensive menu at the panoramic bar, or take part in one of the other onboard activities such as fishing for squid or watching movies in the dining room. Massage services are also accessible. Overnight accommodations on board.
Day 3: Lan Ha Bay – Halong Bay – Hanoi

Cruise Policy
- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 4-7 will pay an extra charge of 50% of the adult rate. Children from 7 to 11 years old will pay an extra charge of 75% adult rate.
- Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adults.

Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 7 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates
- From 6 to 3 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates.
- Less than 3 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- The cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email. Refunds will be processed between 5-7 business days.
