Are you passionate about travel experiences, product innovation, and building unforgettable journeys? We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Travel Product Manager to lead the development, management, and optimization of our travel products across Vietnam and Southeast Asia. This role combines creativity, strategy, supplier management, and operational coordination. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and overseas partners to create inspiring, competitive, and high-quality travel experiences for international travelers.
Key Responsibilities
🌏 Product Development & Strategy
- Develop and manage travel products, itineraries, and destination experiences from concept to launch
- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to identify new opportunities
- Create unique, experience-driven travel programs aligned with company positioning and target markets
- Continuously improve existing products to enhance quality, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction
🤝 Supplier & Contract Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, DMCs, airlines, cruise companies, guides, and local suppliers
- Negotiate competitive rates, allotments, added values, and commercial agreements
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure service quality meets company standards
- Coordinate inspection trips, supplier visits, and product evaluations
💰 Pricing & Commercial Performance
- Prepare product costings, pricing structures, and annual tariffs
- Ensure products are commercially viable, competitive, and profitable
- Monitor product performance, margins, and market feedback to optimize sales results
- Work closely with Sales teams to support conversion and product positioning
📋 Product Operations & Database Management
- Ensure product information, rates, itineraries, and supplier details are accurately maintained in company systems
- Coordinate with Operations and Reservations teams to ensure smooth product delivery
- Maintain product presentations, training materials, and internal product documentation
- Support FAM trips and training activities for overseas partners and internal teams
📣 Cross-Team Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Marketing teams on product launches, campaigns, and destination storytelling.
- Provide product training and destination updates to Sales and Operations teams.
- Act as a key product knowledge resource within the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in travel product, contracting, operations, or related tourism roles
- Strong destination knowledge of Vietnam and/or Southeast Asia
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Experience with travel systems, Microsoft Office, Canva, or product databases is an advantage.
