We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Supervisor to help shape an engaging workplace culture and support the continued growth of our travel business.
As a key member of the HR team, you will oversee day-to-day HR operations, partner with managers across the organization, and ensure our people processes are effective, compliant, and aligned with our company values. This is a hands-on role that combines recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
👥 Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with department managers to support workforce planning and hiring needs
- Ensure a positive and professional onboarding experience for all new employees
- Maintain recruitment records and talent pipelines
🤝 Employee Relations & Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees across the business
- Support employee relations matters, performance improvement plans, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
- Provide coaching and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture
💼 Compensation, Payroll & HR Administration
- Coordinate monthly payroll preparation, attendance records, leave management, and employee data updates
- Ensure HR documentation, employment contracts, and employee records are accurate and up to date
- Support social insurance, personal income tax, work permits, and other compliance-related processes
- Assist employees with payroll and benefits-related enquiries
📈 Performance Management & Employee Development
- Coordinate probation reviews, KPI setting, and annual performance review processes
- Support managers in implementing effective performance management practices
- Organize internal training programs, employee development initiatives, and engagement activities
- Identify opportunities to enhance employee learning and career development
⚖️ Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
- Monitor HR processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and employee experience
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, headcount reports, and turnover analysis for management
- Support company events, team-building activities, and employer branding initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Supervisor, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, payroll, social insurance, and HR best practices
- Experience handling employee relations and performance management matters
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
