We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Contracting Executive to join our travel team. In this role, you will work closely with hotels and suppliers to negotiate rates, manage contracts, maintain strong partnerships, and support the smooth operation of our travel products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and manage hotel/supplier contracts, rates, promotions, and allotments.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate rates and contract information.
- Support Sales and Operations teams with supplier-related requests and issues.
- Maintain and update supplier database, contracts, and related documents
- Cross-check rates, tariffs, and promotions uploaded by related teams
- Monitor supplier updates such as renovations, service changes, or special offers, and communicate them internally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels and partners
- Support FAM trips, inspections, and special projects when required
- Assist in improving contracting processes and workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Experience in contracting, hotel partnerships, travel operations, or the tourism industry is preferred
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
- Good command of English and Vietnamese
