At Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport, your private guide and driver will meet you OUTSIDE the arrivals lounge and take you to your hotel downtown in about 45 minutes.

Please look for your tour guide, who will be holding up a sign with your names on it.

(Even though every effort is made to have your room ready when you arrive, check-in isn't until 2:00 pm to follow the hotel policy, and your room might not be ready before then. Your tour guide will give you more information about your stay, and you can ask any questions you have.)

In the late afternoon, you go on a culinary adventure to the Old Quarter to try some street food. It's a great chance to try all those strange and interesting foods you've seen but didn't know what they were. A good thing about this short trip is the local beer. Find an empty seat and do what the locals do: pull up a stool and have a drink while watching the world go by at Bia Hoi Corner.

As you walk through the narrow streets of the old quarter, your guide will point out a variety of tasty noodles, bread, and snacks. Don't forget to bring a camera so you can take some beautiful pictures of the nightlife in the area. Downtown Vietnam is a great place to not only walk but also eat street food. End the night with dessert from Hanoi’s best-known ice cream parlor before heading back to your hotel.

After you have breakfast, let's check out your hotel and leave your bags there.

Today, on the back of a Russian Minsk motorcycle, you will experience Hanoi with a great router. This extraordinary journey will take you inside Hanoi's real-life museums, providing you with a deep understanding of the city's culture and people. Explore Hanoi's many districts, major sights, local markets, and stunning urban farmland on an island with the help of your knowledgeable guides (who will also serve as your drivers). Your guides will take you to some of Hanoi's best-kept secrets and to the best street food vendors in the city. Motorbike trip? It may sound dangerous, but rest assured that your drivers are polite, kind, and well-trained professionals who will keep you safe at all times.

Note: If you and your family aren't into riding motorcycles, you may always go for an open-air Jeep from the period of war instead.

In the morning, you will be picked up from the hotel lobby by your guides (who will also be driving), and following a short safety lecture, they will ride as pillion passengers on Russian-made 150cc bikes from 1952. While you ride through the city, your guides will point out interesting landmarks and tell you all about their hometown.

You'll need to navigate a maze of narrow, winding streets to reach the black market, your first stop. Learn about the welcoming culture of the area's inhabitants.

Keep whizzing through the alleys and side streets. You're going to a local resident's residence to meet an elderly lady and listen to her life tales.

Walk to a squished section of houses, where the train track serves as a divider between the two sides of the road. Your tour guides have arranged for you to be here at precisely the right time to view a Reunification Express train. This is a picture-perfect opportunity.

On the way back to the city, your driver will take you by the beautiful colonial buildings of the French Quarter. The French-style villas, the Vietnam History Museum, the Metropole Legend Hotel, and the Opera House will all pass before your eyes.

Explore the narrow lanes and winding alleys of Hanoi's Old Quarter (opposite the French Quarter). You get to safely see the city's layout as you are guided around the thousands of scooters in the streets. The best of Hanoi's cuisine, from family heirlooms and secret recipe dishes to local specialties and specialties, may be tasted in a variety of authentic restaurants and street food vendors.

Leave the city behind and head toward the beautiful Long Bien Bridge, which was built over a century ago by the French to span the Red River.

Banana Island, or Bai Giua, is a 24-hectare island in the middle of the Red River that may be reached by a bridge. A steel stairway descends from the middle of the bridge to an island where a lush forest of banana, papaya, and guava trees is punctuated by the cloudy white flowers of wild reeds. Many fishermen have found safe haven on the island that was produced by warp because of the river's plentiful water. There are no highways in the area, only dirt tracks that wind around the various gardens and trees. It's a far cry from the bustling city life you left behind.

The trip will end with a visit to a secret cafe for a cup of egg coffee you won't want to miss.

At about noon, your guides will return you to your hotel, where you can say your goodbyes. The short city tour has come to a close.

Breakfast is the best way to start the day, so make it enjoyable and nutritious. Your tour guide will then pick you up from your accommodation in the Hanoi Old Quarter at 8:00 am to take you to Quang Ninh province and Halong Bay. Take 15 to 20 minutes to relax before getting ready for one of your life's greatest adventures.

At 12:30, we will arrive at the harbor, where you can board the boat and begin your voyage with our amiable, knowledgeable, and skilled crew.

The lunch will be served to you as the boat travels on to our destination, passing by an almost unlimited number of islands and islets. Unquestionably a genuinely wonderful encounter.

You can head to the upper deck after your excellent meal to take in Halong Bay's grandeur in all of its natural, pure, magical, and beautiful manifestations.

Are you all set to join the activity? Let's kayak for an hour around the region of the floating community. If you don't like kayaking, don't worry, you can also swim.

When the time is up, you'll head back to the boat for a fun sundown party on the sundeck. Here, you may mingle with other tourists while listening to relaxing music and taking in the breathtaking splendor of Halong Bay.

Yes, this day has been great. There is no better way to cap it off than by indulging in a sumptuous dinner prepared by our chef. After that, you are free to do whatever you wish with your time, such as sing or just unwind.

With a light breakfast of crisp toast, flavorful eggs, and a cup of enticing coffee or tea, you can start your day off right. When you're finished, you'll be prepared to embark on the day's main adventure: exploring the Cave.

Because it is the most stunning and alluring cave in Halong Bay, it is a remarkable destination. Your knowledgeable tour guide will talk you everything there is to know about it.

After then, the boat will continue crashing into numerous islands and islets, giving you a good perspective of Halong Bay's breathtaking splendor. Vietnam is the only country in the world where such a site exists!

Do you want to attend a cooking class? One of the regional specialties, delectable deep-fried spring rolls, will be one of the recipes you learn to make from our chef. You must do it to really appreciate it!

Later, as you have a delicious lunch, we'll cruise back to the pier. After that, it will be time to disembark and bid the boat crew farewell.

We'll bus you to Hanoi. Your private driver is waiting for you and take you back to Hanoi’s Noi Bai airport for a short flight to Hoi An.

Morning

You'll be driven to the Hoi An Market, which takes about half an hour. There, you can feel the bustle of the morning market and talk directly to sellers. When you go shopping, you might also learn how to "barter." Our tour guides will tell you about the things you need to bring to cooking classes.

Then, you'll take a boat tour along the Thu Bon River and Cua Dai beach to look at the sights. On the river, you can think about the beauty of the Vietnamese countryside, the traditional way to catch fish, and the lives of the friendly fishermen who live here.

Next, you'll switch to a coracle and paddle through the Bay Mau nipa forest's canals. You will be surrounded by the nipa palm forest's natural beauty. Then you can try to catch mangrove purple crabs if you want.

After these eco-tours, you'll be welcomed into the restaurant, where our chefs will teach you how to cook. The cooking classes will last for 2 hours, and the chefs will teach you how to make Vietnamese food and give you other useful information about the culture's food. Then you can make your own Vietnamese food and eat it.

Afternoon

Tour highlights include the Chua Ong Pagoda, Tan Ky Ancient House, Fujian Assembly Hall, and the Japanese Covered Bridge, all of which may be seen in the Ancient Quarter of Hoi An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Visit the Precious Heritage Museum, which houses Réhahn's Precious Heritage Collection, for more of its permanent display. The collection will take you to the most remote regions of Vietnam and reveal the intricate cultural fabric of the country's ethnic minorities.

Visiting the Reaching Out Tea House, owned and maintained by mute and deaf people, is the highlight of the day. The tea house is a peaceful haven in the heart of the Old District, otherwise full of noise and activity. In this establishment, you can expect to be served wonderful Eastern-style tea and tasty sweets.

It's time to start exploring Hoi An's delicious street food. You'll get to eat at stalls frequented by locals and savor the region's cuisine alongside them as your guide leads you through the maze of narrow streets. At 4 o'clock every day, the streets of Hoi An are flooded with dozens of merchants hawking anything from fresh fruit to grilled pork. The street food tour is a fantastic way to get a taste of some of the local specialties like Banh Mi, meet the people who prepare them, and see how the natives of Hoi An organize their condiment trays.

After breakfast, you'll be picked up and driven to the airport, where you'll catch a short flight to Ho Chi Minh City, which the locals still call Saigon.

Your private guide and driver will meet you in the arrivals area and take you to Cu Chi. Cu Chi is a small town northwest of Ho Chi Minh City that is famous for its network of deep tunnels. During the later years of the Vietnam War, the Viet Cong used these tunnels to hide.

When you get there, you'll watch original footage from the time, and then you'll take a walk through the reserve. Viet Cong tunnels are thought to be "hundreds of miles" long and to have been used as living spaces, storage rooms, makeshift hospitals, kitchens, and more. Even though the system used to be very narrow, some parts have been made wider for tourists, so you can see more of it.

Cassava, which was the main food of the Viet Cong soldiers, can be tasted with tea. After that, you'll be taken to your Ho Chi Minh City hotel.

Afternoon

Visit some of Ho Chi Minh City's most important places for the rest of the day. We'll make your tour fit your needs, but we recommend going to the Notre Dame Cathedral, the ornate City Hall (Hotel De Ville), the old Opera House, the historic Rex Hotel, the Central Post Office, which is known for its architecture, and Ben Thanh Market, where vendors sell a wide range of goods and handicrafts to suit every taste. Later, visit the Reunification Palace and the moving War Remnants Museum to learn more about Vietnam's military history and troubled past.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh

Morning

After breakfast, your guide and driver will transport you to Ben Tre Town in the Mekong Delta, which is renowned for its large rice fields, numerous canals, and magnificent sceneries, along picturesque rural roads. This region, known as the "rice bowl" of Vietnam, provides the majority of the country's fruit, rice, sugar cane, and coconuts.

After a two-hour journey through verdant farmland, you will arrive in Ben Tre, where you will go on a motorized boat tour through the coconut forest's small channels. During the boat voyage, you will stop at local cottage enterprises to observe how bricks and sleeping mats are woven by hand. Discover the craft that has been passed down through the centuries.

Take a stroll through the village lanes, stopping at local homes to sample fresh fruits and honey tea while hearing a Tai Tu music performance. Continue to another workshop where coconut candies and a variety of coconut husk and fiber products are manufactured by hand.

Take a small sampan through palm-fringed back canals, sailing calmly over secluded rivers surrounded by a vast array of tropical vegetation. The tranquil, rural location is a refreshing and therapeutic escape from the frantic bustle of HCM City, which appears to be in the distance.

Afternoon

After completing the sightseeing trip, your guide will take you to a riverbank restaurant for lunch featuring regional specialties, before returning you to the pier and transporting you back to Ho Chi Minh City.

This evening, you are free to visit the night market to sample authentic local cuisine or simply relax at the hotel.

Spend the last part of your trip to Vietnam relaxing on one of its many beautiful beaches. We chose Phu Quoc Island, a stunningly beautiful and peaceful tropical paradise that floats in the warm, sparkling cobalt waters of the Gulf of Thailand. The island is a tear-shaped island, Phu Quoc has beautiful white sand beaches and tropical waters.

After breakfast, your private driver will pick you up and take you to the airport, where you'll catch a short flight to Phu Quoc Island.

When you get there, you'll be taken to the beach resort to check-in. The rest of the day is yours to do as you, please.

Overnight in Phu Quoc

You are free to do as you like all day long. You can go on an adventure to one of the many quaint fishing towns or pristine beaches. You shouldn't miss the chance to sip cocktails while watching the sun go down on the beach. Sea crab, octopus, shrimp, and lobster are local specialties that can only be found in Phu Quoc and are some of the greatest seafood in all of Vietnam.

After breakfast, your private transfer will pick you up at the hotel and take you to Ho Chi Minh International Airport, where you may catch a flight back home or on to your next exciting destination (which we will gladly assist you in arranging).
